Who called me from this phone number (866) 742-6094

This group calls from other masked numbers several times during the week. The last one I received, the guy was VERY,VERY unprofessional, cursing, rude and obnoxious. It sounded like he had several “beverages”. I ended up hanging up on him, so today, when I got the call, I went through the process of “getting healthcare”. The person today was normal, HOWEVER, I got their number and it is this 866 number.
