Called saying I have an outstanding balance with Cigna . She had my Old address , my name , my birthday , when I got the monitor . She stated I had a balance and Cigna didn’t cover the full cost of my heart monitor . I had met my deductible and the $400 is what was leftover .. got a call back # the number above and as soon as I researched it I saw this . My husband was in the military . We didn’t even have Cigna . We had tricare . So EVERYTHING was covered .... ridiculous
