Who called me from this phone number (866) 707-7771

Supposedly a call from Dell Tech support. Told caller I don’t have a Dell computer (anymore) then she hung up. I called the number, placed on music hold, then original caller answered. I asked why she called, she said “I don’t know” and hung up.
