At least 22 consumers from Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania, Kansas, New Hampshire, and 6 other states reported phone number 866-680-8540 to the Federal Trade Commission. 59% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on October 2, 2019.

This number has called me a few times over the last five weeks and I have not answered and today decided to listen to the voicemail left just to make sure it wasn't something important. Male voice I couldn't make out if he's saying Shane Dane or Zane' "This is Zane Bowman calling from offices of D.A.P and associates. I'm reaching out to you as a final courtesy call in reference to a recent legal complaint against you that's been pending here in my office. I have made several attempts to try to reach you and if you do not contact my office by today a recommendation will be filed not in your favor with recommendation and complaint for this case filed to your local county for processing to be placed against you immediately. Please contact..." And then the message cuts off so just wanted to see if anyone else were having these problems number again is 866-680 8540
