Calls from a spoofed number from your local area code. Starts off with a computer generated voice listing a name but instead lists a "file number". Then a recorded voice threatens to take legal action and lists 866-670-9873 as a callback.
My elderly mother receives calls from this number indicating a "complaint has been filed against her" and if she does not call back she will be considered "non-compliant." I just tell her to delete the calls. I called the number and they said they need the telephone number which was called in order to look up the file so I hung up since I did not want to give her number.
Called stating I owe money, but did not state who they are or what company they are calling from. But says if I do not pay they will report me for non compliance. If it was real they would be upfront about who they are and the company they work for. Nor would they use threats of non compliance over a voicemail, as it is seen as unprofessional. Because it is. Be ware. If you are concerned, don't call them, call your creditors and be sure you are indeed on top of all your payments. Check your credit, they make that so easy now with apps to use for free.
Stating I owe, if they do not hear back from they will proceed and state I am non-compliant.
Got a call from 866-670-9873 saying that I need to call them back about a complaint that has been filed and if I do not they will report me for non compliance. I owe no one anything except my car payment. I just ignore the call but when you get them 3 to 4 times a day it gets aggravating. You can't understand the company that is calling or the person's name because the first part of the message is always mumbled.

Received call from 425-523-9862 voicemail left. Robo call gives a case # then a human with a muffled voice gives a company name "consumer advice" stating they have received a complaint asking for a call back to 866-670-9873 staying if I don't not call back they will proceed with charges filed. Called both # Account man who says claimshe his name is Myron ask if I'm calling from phone number that was called and then says my name is did not confirm then asks if my last 4 SS# is xxxx. I did not confirm either I asked what this was in regards to and ask why I was being called. Myron said well if you won't give me your information you don't need to know anything. I asked him not to call this number again he told me to **** off and hung up.
Called with a robotic file number then a real person comes on stating her name is Simone Fedora telling me a complaint was filed against me and to call back with my representative or I will be listed as non compliant. Had this number listed to call back but the incoming call came from the state capital.
Keep getting messages to call this number as a complaint has been filed against us. If I or my representative don't call the number, further action will be taken.
Left a voice mail with a angry voice about paying some fine and phone numbers to call back which didn’t match. Also three different voices on the voicemail when asking about a person the reason for the call was a different person then the fine was a different person
