YES, I RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM 866-665-4386
After requesting a password reset on a Vanguard website,I immediately got a voice-mail call from this number saying I needed to "press 1" to get my new Vanguard password. (No Caller-ID). I did not do so. Googling the number led me to this Scam warning site. Wondering if they have pirated Vanguard's files?
Call ID reads "Unknown". No msg. Same scammer chain calls using different numbers.
Three calls one minute apart. Blocked it. ALL calls from a number ending in the same two digits (66, 77, 88, etc) are probably an abusive/criminal exploitation of the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) https://dogedaos.com/wiki/List_of_NANP_area_codes.html
At 6:18am on a Sunday...no message was left. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to spam or bill collect that early. I never answer unknown calls, so I have no idea.
