Called Aetna.. they have no record of the number.. 866-664-5432.. They usually send a letter.
On 4/29/21 I got a call from this number. Automated voice system stated they were AETNA. Amazing thing was they indicated a certain medication I was taking and had a question I was supposed to answer, but I refused to answer it became suspicious and hung up. I dialed it back and recording states thank's for calling us back..................I call Aetna( customer service) they indicated they didn't have such a voice recording. What do you make of that?
