Reported that he worked on my computer (did not) and he also said I have a network problem (I do not). Often they will have you start the command prompt and enter a command that they indicate is a problem and it is not. Do not fall for this scam- they are scum and I hope they go to hell.
States my IP Address has been hacked says he's from Zoho and since I have a subscription till 2020 he can fix it and stop who's using my IP Address. My printer had a hardware problem, their number showed up on google maps search `near me` with 1 positive review. I called them. He told me to share screen. I refused telling him that it is a hardware problem. It was suspicious. After a fast research online, i found the number is a scam. Don`t fall.
