got a vmail message stating that my girlfriend was to be "served a court summons" and needed to be home to sign for them. also wanted me to call her and tell her. woman on phone when i called back studdered at first answer and when i asked what company this was and whom im speaking she very sternly said its a litigation office... no name or law firm partners names. didnt get any info other than they already had our address and place of employment. my girlfriend also had said that she got a notice on kredit karma about a breach of private info from one of her accounts, so im sure that was them.
received a call from a firm claiming to need to "serve papers" to one of my co workers. it sounded shady, and they were asking for information about him. we gave nothing but they made it sound like a legal matter. Very pushy,
