Is 866-627-9571 a scam or spam call?

Bank of America (not!!) 1 day ago

In the voicemail left for me, not mentioning my name, the man (with accent of course) claimed to be with BofA, stating that someone attempted to use my BofA bank card. Well, I have nothing to do with BofA, so definitely a scam!!
