The call I received from 866 624 3099 was a recording saying they would return $399.00 from Microsoft. They tell you to call back. Knowing it was a scam call I called back and told them what I would do if I caught them. Calling them again and again stops them from what they are intending to do. I let it ring until I got a busy signal. Kept doing this 20 times and they were answering and expressing their anger at what I was telling them. This keeps them from phoning while being called.
