Got a voice mail from this number saying it was East Jefferson Patient Assistance Program. Did not return call.

I received a call also saying they were East Jefferson Hospital asking for personal info. When I refused to give my date of birth she quickly hung up.

I got a call from this number, claiming to be East Jefferson Hospital and the billing office. They left a message on voice mail.
