At least 16 consumers from Arizona, Maryland, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Alabama, and 7 other states reported phone number 866-618-5151 to the Federal Trade Commission. 50% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on July 12, 2019.
