No it is not safe. It is a SCAM disguised as if it is for student loan repayment. My student loans have been paid off since 1999. This is only the call back number left on the message. They use multiple other numbers to call in on caller ID and the message left is always on caller ID as a different number. It's entirely annoying. Get them every day. They use a recorded voice of a woman whose name is sometimes Betty Thompson and sometimes Sara Reed. Same woman. Just a different name. Haven't found a way to make it stop.

I have received at least four calls replaying this message through voicemail from FOUR DIFFERENT NUMBERS, using TWO DIFFERENT NAMES (Betty Thompson and Sarah Reed). The last two I have gotten more recently, within the same day: [1] +1 (208) 228-1824 from Rigby, ID. [2] +1 (215) 258-8772 from United States. All I can do is block each new number so they do not call back again, but somehow they use new numbers to do it again/ Does anyone know how to stop this for good?!
