Who called me from this phone number (866) 614-6345

Got a call it stated that I owe a monthly fee for the life alert that I purchased. they wanted $39 a month for the service of life alert. I told them, I did not owe them anything and hung up. I don't know where they got my number or how they know all this as I don't give out my number for anything.
