Claimed I paid $253.00 for Norton Life Lock. I better not have or I will hunt them down!
In my case, it was an email thanking my for buying Norton LifeLock and saying they received my $253 payment. Call that number if there are questions or concerns. They used my email instead of a name and I don't have as much as they said I paid. Definitely a scam.
Received a message from "Gavin" saying this is my last chance for loan forgiveness. When I called the number back, I got connected to some guy with a thick accent from India. This is a SCAM. BEWARE!!!
I also just received a voicemail from Gavin with the student loan program alerting me that my illegibility will be revoked if I do not call within 24 hours. Same message as other calls that he has left multiple messages and send numerous notices in the mail. This is not true.
"student loan department, your file will be closed with us, one last courtesy call to consolidate your student loan and possible debt forgiveness with dept of ed" said they called "several times" and sent "multiple notices in the mail". no.
