I received a robo call that stated it was Kaiser Permanente Customer Financial Services. They asked me to call them back at 866-592-2123. Kaiser doesn't make these types of calls. Scam.

This number 866-592-2123 when you search it, it's from Kaiser, however IT IS NOT. When you search the #, it shows the real Kaiser information however, if you look at the phone # listed on the real Kaiser #, it is not Member appeals. Phone: 1-866-458-5479
