The caller is claiming an arson investigation. telling me to call 8665774219
Same story as above comments, i.e. strong Indian accent, reference no., American Express, asking for a person that is not as this number. They said to call back 866-577-4219 although the calls (3 or more times daily) show up on caller ID as 786-460-7841 ( a spoofed number in an area code close to mine). I don't deal with American Express because of their sleazy reputation. Do they spoof numbers too? This has to be just a total scam.
