Who called me from this phone number (866) 557-8311

Have gotten multiple calls from this number. Answered one day by mistake (caller ID was not working on the phone I was near). Turned out to be EOS debt collector calling about "a personal matter" and wanting Soc Sec number to verify identity. The debt was owed by someone who lived at this address over six years. Told them to take our number off the list, which they did, but then they started calling on one of our cell phones so had to block them. Next they tried to send a letter to the person at our address. Obviously, they need to use more current info.
