Person on line identified himself as Charles Davis from Bank of America and refused to tell me what he was calling about until I identified myself. I hung up. He called back, I did not answer, he left a message, repeated all the same information and said it was about '"an important banking matter". I called Bank of America and they did not show this 866 number as belonging to Bank of America.
