Called posing as my health care pharmacy provider. Used name of provider.
I keep receiving calls from this number on a daily basis.
Robo call each day saying it's about "your health plan". They (it) leaves a message saying to get in touch with them using the 7 digit code provided. I have no doubt it's a scam.

I LIVE IN VIRGINIA. I RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT MEDICATION(RX). THEY LEFT A SEVEN DIGIT CODE(773....) SO THEY CAN CONFIRM IT'S WAS ME. THESE CALLS HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOR SEVERAL YEARS. PHONE COMPANY REFUSE TO TAKE ACTION.

called and left a message about a prescription refill. Left a 7 digit call back code to input upon returning the call. I never obtained a prescription from them, but called back and input the code... upon which they asked for my date of birth.... to wich I hung up..... scam.
