Who called me from this phone number (866) 477-4004

This number called stating they were from our local utility provider KUB and that we had 30 minutes to pay or bill or our utilities would be disconnected. This is a business they called and one of our team members took it upon themselves to engage in conversation with the scammers to determine they have been doing this for well over a year in multiple states.
