They say they are Microsoft authorized people who will protect your computer from viruses and being hacked. They call themselves JBVK Support but are not calling from the US. They bilked me out of $2700 and there is no way to get that money back. Funny thing--their reps keep calling me saying my computer is being hacked and I really need to call them. The computer tech I saw in person in the US told me the software they installed was free software and then there were 2 programs that were installed by them that did absolutely nothing. Don't fall for it.
