Yes -- they always want a call back, which I won't give them. Apparently this is a scam against Great Call...
I am so tired of getting the same call from 866-421-0843. I too, get a voicemail telling me to call 800-7336632. Can't this be stopped?
Potential spam. This number calls nearly every day around 10:15 A.M. They say they are Great Call and to contact another number to review. My usage is fine as I can check it within my phone without calling. I called Great Call (Lively) as noted on my online bill to be safe and told them to put a block on the number. They said they did, but the robot is back at it again. I may have no choice but to drop them.
This number calls me on a weekly basis. I hang up on them as my Great Call account has a small credit balance. I live in Massachusetts. The call came in at 9:39PM.
The number 800-733-6632 is legit. The company is Great Call (Lively is new name). They are athe vendor for the Jitterbug phone.

This is a Great Call SCAM call. They told me I was about to exceed my usage and I had barely used any of my minutes, texts or data at that point. I believe this is NOT Great Call and they are asking for credit card info. to SCAM you.

Wisconsin...7 times today & 1 time on 11=21. Leaves message about phone usage. tells you to call 800-733-6632.
