1st got a call from 770-238-1941; left VM to call 866-419-9370. When I called it, they said they were Synchrony Bank and I was overdue on a payment. I was sure I was not, and was suspicious, so I just told them I would make a payment today online & hung up. It was NOT Synchrony Bank, because I was not overdue for any payments when I called the toll free number on the back of the card. So be careful & check the toll free numbers they leave you to call them back on - they can be scam numbers too.
