Asking for personal information. This is a scammer trying to get your information by making you fear your loans are at risk due to New Student loan changes that they will gladly help you with. They are taking your peronsal info. they sound valid give a case number and a callback number which is the 866-40805858 number in this listing. A person claiming to be Sarah Reed sounding very confident called and left a message for me. I called my student loan Admin. and they immediately said it was a total scam!.
