Called and asked for my deceased Mother saying the exact script posted online. Time sensitive has her social security number and immediate action is going to be taken.
They called an employee directly and know their whole name. Probably from their email signature. Call goes from live party to a recording when the call is answered. Call originated from 888-614-5628. Excel Recovery Systems, known spammers on the Internet. They ask for a call back to 866-390-7365. They make the statement that there are leins and judgements against the party and that they need to respond quickly. " If you speak to them, do not say the word yes or any other affirmative quote." They may cut the recording and use it.

Received a message that they had a Social Security number and name that could result in wage garnishment. The name was very garbled and sounded like a machine. It was a woman who identified herself as Michelle Rosario. Did NOT return call even tho she stated that it was "time sensitive"!
