This number is Prospect Capital, a business development corporation (BDC). They are very persistent whenever they have some sort of issue that requires shareholders to vote on something or other (candidates for the board of directors, issuing new shares below NAV, etc.) i get tons of mail from these guys, and now it appears calls too. Might have to sell my shares in their company, they have not performed very well, lol.
