I keep getting these calls telling me that my SS number has been suspended for suspicious activity.
The FTC has received 180 complaints about 866-366-9549. The majority of complaints (88%) flagged this as a robocall. The last of these complaints was submitted on October 22, 2019. Complaints came from 38 states, including Texas, California, Wisconsin, Michigan, Colorado and Louisiana. The cities with the most complaints were Houston, Cypress, Wimberley, Buna, Dallas, El Paso, Greenville and Larue.
