Who called me from this phone number (866) 361-9934

Get calls at least 5 or 6 a week from this 1-615-616-9349 and say I owe on a student loans and I need to call back 1-866-361-9936 to talk about repayment I dont have a student loan So it is SCAM and fed up since I am on the Do NOt call List....Which does NO good I get tons of calls and text
