Who called me from this phone number (866) 352-0225

This company has been my computer/laptop tech support for many years. Now I cannot get a hold of them. Are they still in business? I just gave them $1,000 for 2 year tech support. Number: 1-888-227-8549.or 866--352-0225. It appears the company just dropped off. I need to know if I am still covered for tech support. Recently I got scammed I alerted this company. Now they have left clients/customers handing in the balance. Very disturbing. I trusted them.
