Who called me from this phone number (866) 324-8254

I am receiving calls on my mobile from 866-324 and multiple preceding numbers, 8254 being one. I have only answered one and there was just DEAD AIR on the other end. I am continuing to BLOCK the numbers, but like I mentioned, they are using multiple 4-digits on the end. It's ridiculous!!!! I am getting about 10-15 calls a day and some only minutes apart.
