Claiming I owe something and that it’s important I call them. If they were to serve me with papers due it legally not through a scam voicemail leaving me threats
Caller states that it is for a bad check in the amount of 300.00, I haven’t even written a check for years. Says they are going to have me searched at my place of employment because they can not locate me at home.
Claiming I can be charged with someone else's debt...
