I received the same exact message from the same person. I am not sure what it is. It just said outsourcing with a file number given and someone with last name Dora.
Simone Dora called from out sourcing department file # GBK11250 she said it was in regard non-compliance complaint filed against me.
They said a complaint was filed and if I didn't respond I was in non-compiance,
called and said to call about a file
