Wants to lower my interest rate on my credit card. Told them I don't have an interest rate since I pay off my credit card. Asked them not to call again. He said to wait a minute while he took my down my phone number, then hung up.

They call everyday but my call blocker catches them. I don't know why the FCC can't catch them.
