Who called me from this phone number (866) 274-5745

The classic computer support scam to phish and/or gain access to your computer to obtain personal information. Scammers must have a direct line into Apple records. I've had my only Apple device ever only week or so. Yet, scammers already know I have an IoS device and the phone number I used to register it with Apple.
