Luckily I did not answer call but I got a message from Karen Stewart and was also given the same reference number of 022206 !
In a voice message let: Caller stated her name was Karen Stewart calling in reference to federal student loan to discuss repayment options for some new changes made recently. Call back number given 866-264-5225 and a reference number of 022206.

Karen Stewart 866-264-5225 Said student loan same number 022206. I have no student loans. Believe this to be a scam. I have an unlisted number. So much for that. Would not advise to call this number back. Block if you can.
