Who called me from this phone number (866) 254-5798

Person claimes to be a fund raiser for police of Texas and wanting donations . I adked for his phone# and he gives 866-254-5798 but my phone ID says Seminole Texas with phone# 432-201-7036 . Got to be a scammer !!
