Don't ever answer it period.. I've made complaints, there is so many different numbers, but all from one source, it's one of several Banking institutions, Citi, Chase, Home Depot, etc, but known under different names.. This one most likely Calvary, from upstate NY, but fingers in other states.. According to the Better Business it's rated less than one, out of a 1 to 5 ratings..They as well will tell you not to even answer it.. Rude,threatening, pay your bill or we'll put you on the street.. Nothing they say is real, they just want your bank account, and don't care how they get it..

One other thing I forgot to say, is the number now is being traced as we speak, the comment was used for the better after all, as three more calls came soon afterward, and smiles on those tracing it Thank you, and again folks never answer it !!!
