I got an automated system call stating asking to verify 5 charges on my Key Bank prepaid debit card (I do not have Key Bank anything). Declined all charges and was transferred to a live representative who had my information. I called a local Key Bank and verified I do not have any accounts with them. Locked down my credit reports as well.
I got a call saying they were from Key Bank fraud area calling about my prepaid debit card. They knew my name. I don' have a prepaid debit card unless it was from unemployment or stimulus, which I cashed in day after I got them.
I just got a voicemail today saying my KeyBank card had suspicious activity on. They went as far as giving me a case number and a list of transactions ranging from less than $1 to $520 from places like Georgia, California, and 2 ATM's.
said they were keybank calling about fraud on my prepaid debit card. i don't have a prepaid debit card, just a regular debit. they had some personal information too, like birthdate.
Called and left a message saying that there was fraudulent activity on my key 2 bank card from unemployment when there has been no activity at all.
Text and email saying they are H&R Block Fraud Ctr. Saying someone is trying to use my card twice. They want me to give them tax information and bank info.
Called and left a voice mail telling us our H&R Block card had fraud activity. Even went as far as to give us a case number to call back with. We have never had an H&R Block card

I got a text from 86975 saying the HR block Fraud Center wanting to know if I attempted a $500 transaction at Walmart. I do have a HR Block card so I replied no. Then I immediately got a text saying someone from KeyBank would call me and to use the reference# provided in the text. Sure enough they did call, but I didn't answer after realizing HR Block uses METABANK NOT KEYBANK. ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!
