Who called me from this phone number (866) 208-3909

Got a text message saying my debit card was locked, it is a scam. I called them back to mess with them, it was fun.

I keep receiving text messages from this number 866-208-3909 stating they are Huntington Bank. The subject of the text is Debit Card Locked Out. Problem is I don't bank with them.
