Undated letter included mention of my housing developer's name and the urgent need to respond within 21 days, before "potential lapse of coverage" resulting in the expiration of my home warranty policy. Instead, I googled provided phone number and found others have seen letter for what it is: bogus, a scam, and the use of a shady practice to attempt to secure funds.
I rec'd the same letter telling me " My home warranty policy isgoing to expire soon" and I should call the number 866-207-9629, failure to call will cause a lapse in coverage ( that I dont have from them) & Ill be liable for full cost of home repairs ( which I already am),,,,SCAM
A formal looking letter arrived "RESPONSE TO THIS LETTER REQUESTED" call the number 866-207-9629

I RECEIVED THE SAME AFOREMENTIONED LETTER ABOUT MY HOME WARRANTY AND I WAS RATHER SKEPTICAL BECAUSE THERE WASN'T A COMPANY NAME ON IT, JUST THE WORDS PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL.THE WORD MAY LEAD ME TO BELIEVE THAT IT WAS SOMEONE WANTING SOMETHING FOR NOTHING
