A Jon Gonzales claimed that he worked for KUB (Knoxville Utility Board) in Knoxville, TN. He claimed that I had not paid my electric bill in two months and as a result was going to cut off my power within 10 minutes if I didn't pay my bill using a special AP on an IPHONE. He gave me a callback number 1-800-651-5618 ext 202 if we got cut off. My bill was claimed to be over 400 dollars when if fact my account was paid in full a few days earlier. He hung up when I informed him I had a flip phone that would not run his AP. This info was then reported to the KUB customer service.
