I to record these people because it’s a scam I’ve been getting these calls for 13 years it’s bs Process servers don’t call you
I received a call stating I owed a payday loan for $500 and I have an judgement against me. If I didn't pay, they will be forces to take action. I gave them my debit card info to start payments on the 27th of this month.
Threatening. They had my SS number Address. They gave me a file number. I have no debt Scares me is they have my information I told them I know this is a scam and they told me FY and hung.
Message received by electronic messaging. Very threatening including legal action about outstanding issue. No company or individual named. Repeated messages received over last 3 weeks. This must be a scam of some unknown nature.
Pre-recorded voicemail with threatening/intimidating language. Caller did not identify thevcompany name or who they were leaving the message for. They also left a different call back number in the message and that number appears to be connected to a scam. Do not call it and do not answer! This has to be fraud!
