My best friend just called me to explain a weird phone call at her business. She said this number would tell her he can't hear her and to hold on, but she could hear him whispering. Every time she stayed silent waiting for his "reception" to kick back in, he would ask her why she was so quiet. She heard his breath change speed and it was very obvious to her that he was being sexually inappropriate so she hung up.

Calls several times in a row, each time he will say he is having phone trouble, but whispers sexual things, asks you to hold on, whispers more things, and continues for several mins. His answering machine gives the name of Paul Scott. It is the same name he gave my dispatcher.
