Asking if I would cell my home via text, list out address

Got a call today and a foreigner named Jacob. Claims to be with Medicare. Scam. Do not give them any info.

Received a text calling me by name asking if I wanted to sell them my house and they listed my address. I am not in the market for a new home or have been looking for a real estate agent so I have no idea where they got my name.

Did not answer because it was an unknown number. They didn't leave a message. If it was important, relevant or authentic....they would leave a message!

Got a text from 864-453-9631 wanting to buy my property

Keeps calling my office. Phone rings once and hangs up. Is a disruption to staff and just plain rude.

Keeps calling and not on answer

I have had 5 calls from this number just today....

hang up...no one spoke.
