He said his name was Phillip from upstate land trust. They did not my name in the message. I do not like these type of deceptive practices.

We received a message stating his name was Phillip from Upstate Land Trust. Did not acknowledge our business name in his message. Said he was looking to buy cars, louses, boats & RVs. Basically anything with a title and he offered loans against these property types. He called from this number: 206-338-1836 but asked us to call him back at 864-326-0100. I did not call him back.
