Not a robocall as he asked for me by name. Received 7 calls in less than 8 hr today. I answered the last call and stated that my number is on the Do Not Call Registry and to stop calling me. He said "there's no such thing". I said "yes there is, it's a Federal program". He laughed and replied "someone is feeding you a bunch of beans." I hung up and reported the number.
