I believe this is a debt collector. I have a phone number that more than 10 years ago belonged to a pretty crappy person and now they are giving the number out again.
some asshole calling making fun of my name said he was Charo from the love boat, then said he was cleaning chimneys in my area wanted to clean mine. Told him NO and hope they find his lifeless corpse stuck in the chimney
