I've also received numerous calls like this from the same number. As others have said it's definitely a scam. Do not answer or reply!
Calls repeatedly leaving a long blank voicemail. May be a computer calling or some kind of recording device. Weird and annoying. They will not stop calling.
This is a robocallto reduce electricity rates.i have asked then not to all over 10 times and they still call multiple times a day.
